All or nothing: the rescue mission of Joop Westerwheel

Dutch educator and non-Jew Joop Westerwheel orchestrated numerous rescue and resistance efforts in Nazi-occupied Holland. This article describes these efforts prefaced by a section on the nature of Nazi-occupied Holland.
