This article focuses on the problem of Jewish refugees from Nazi Germany and the policy of forced emigration which affected nearly 350,000 Jews. Other countries, such as Romania, Hungary and to a certain extent Poland, followed the German example by applying similar anti-Jewish measures or threatening Jewish existence
