Polish experience during the Holocaust

During 1939-41 the Jews were herded together into ghettos and confined there. At that time the Poles were the major victims of German racial policies. When the Germans shifted their fanatical racial policies to the Jews, they did not abandon their objective of exterminating the Poles.
