Jewish worship/pagan symbols; Zodiac floors in ancient synagogues

After the Bar Kochba revolt the centre of Jewish life moved from Judea to the Galilee. Jews built synagogues wherever they lived. Mosaic floors and particularly zodiac designs are discussed.
