الوصف

One of the most widely read and influential novels published on the Holocaust. Features as its main character a young, unnamed Polish boy who is never really identified as a Jew - or anything else other than a refugee of the war. The boy loses his speech after a series of horrifying experiences (much as Kosinski did himself). Partly based on events in Kosinski's own life, the novel is one of the best works of literature on the Holocaust experience.
