1. The part of the Jewish population, which at the beginning of or during the war fled and up to now has not returned, is forbidden to return to Kaunas. All the houseowners are hereby forbidden to give shelter to the returning Jews.
2. The Jewish population regardless of age or sex must wear on the left side of chest, and on the back, yellow star of David, 8-10 cm in diameter.
3. The ?former order of the Mayor of Kaunas, No. 15 of 10 July 1941, for the Jews to resettle from the centre of the City to the suburb of Williampol, mist be completed before the 15th August 1941. The details are available from the town quartering department.
4. It is hereby forbidden for the Jewish population to sell, exchange, or in any other way to actualize their movable or immovable property. It is also categorical) forbidden to destroy equipment and other valuable objects.
5. The "police hour" (? curfew) established by the the order of the Mayor of Kaunas, No. 15 of 10.VII-1941, for the Jewish population, is extended to the suburb of Wiiliampol, including the Jewish settled region.
6. The order of the Mayor of Kaunas No. 15 of 10 June 1941 is revoked in other sections.
7. Violations of provisions of this Notice will be severely punished.
8. Provisions of this Notice are in force from today.
