The bag is personalised with embroidered name 'Zilberberg' and initial 'M'. The Tefillin were used in Um Hasag Chestochowa concentration camp, Poland, by Jakob Herskovitch, brother of the donor Simon Hersh (Herskovitch). Jakob survived the camp and later died in Israel.
