DescriptionHandwritten recipe on paper, undated and unsigned, so it is not known who wrote it. Eva Gertler does not think that her mother, Grete (Tula) wrote the recipe, but it seems to be a recipe written for Grete in Czech & German.
This could be a recipe for Livance, sweet patties which can be fried & then a cream (krem) or topping is put on top, like a pancake.
It is possible that they had the ingredients for Livance in Terezin, so could make them there.
