DescriptionScout’s woggle for the 3rd Rose Bay Judean Scouts belonging to George Bognar. The woggle is light blue with an image of the sun and sea with a white Scout fleur-de-lis and “3rd Rose Bay” written in navy. Traditionally, the woggle was used to fasten a Scout scarf around the neck of the wearer. George Bognar was initially a Venturer Leader (jointly with Baron Revelman) and then a Group Leader from 1987 to 1991 for the 3rd Rose Bay Judean Scouts.
