DescriptionBlack and white photograph depicting Dr. Adalbert Feher, the Jewish physician for company 108/57 of the Hungarian Labour Service. Dr. Feher is pictured from a side view standing in the snow, he holds his hand to his head. Typed, red text in the bottom left corner of the picture states: 'Rest'. This photograph is from a collection of photographs donated to the museum by Dr. Feher which he took in Sianki, [Ukraine] Poland between 1941- 1942. The collection documents the life and routine of the Hungarian Labour Service and their encounter and friendship with the local Jewish community. The docotors of the Hungarian Labor service offered medical assistance to the local Jewish community in Sianki.
