DescriptionBlack and white photograph depicting Dr. Adalbert Feher, the Jewish physician for company 108/57 of the Hungarian Labour Service.This photograph is from a collection of photographs donated to the museum by Dr. Feher which he took in Sianki, [Ukraine] Poland between 1941- 1942. The collection documents the life and routine of the Hungarian Labour Service and their encounter and friendship with the local Jewish community. The docotors of the Hungarian Labor service offered medical assistance to the local Jewish community in Sianki. In this photograph Dr. Feher is pictured standing in the snow, in uniform. He wears a white arm band. Typed, red text in centre of the photograph states: 'Dr. Feher Physician.'
