DescriptionLong sleeved cotton shirt with UN Peacekeeping Force logo and 5/7 RAR Battalion logo. Handwritten on Front of the shirt is “Choko” which could be a humorous reference to the ‘Chocolate’ soldiers of the Second World War. The 5/7 RAR logo is circled with a cross through it. On the back of the shirt 5/6 RVR is handwritten in black marker.
Private Greg Sher, a member of the elite Special Forces Commandos, was known by his mates as “Super Jew.” He served in both East Timor and Afghanistan and was the first Australian Jewish soldier to die in combat since the end of World War II.
