DescriptionA 3 page letter from the International Tracing Service (ITS) in Bad Arolsen, dated 21 April 2009, to Joseph Beutum in Australia regarding his parents Mr Aladar Beutum and Mrs Eltelka Beutum (nee Kohn), both born in Budapest. The organisation is unable to tell him the fate of his parents. It informs him, "The prisoners, who died shortly before their liberation or on the evacuation march when the allied forces drew closer, were not registered on the "Schreibstubenkarte" or in the death book. The death book only holds the prisoners of the main Camp, deceased before April 27th 1945...."
