DescriptionLetter from the British Red Cross Society in London addressed to Jeannette Braun concerning her enquiry made in August 1945 for news of her mother Lotte Krieger. According to information received by the Tracing Bureau for Austria, her mother died in Terezin Camp on 6 September 1942. The author Muriel Monkhouse writes, "We are so very sorry to have to send you this distressing news and should like to express our sincere sympathy".
