DescriptionLetter with envelope dated 26 April 1941, addressed to Lewis Jonas’ sister Katie and boys, sent from Malaya. Lewis says that he received a letter from Amy, and that she is looking and feeling OK, and that she is going to look after herself this time ‘I don’t blame her as she had a very bad time last time.’ He writes ‘We did not have the debate after all as we have altered our hours of work& are pretty tired when we knock off but have a break during the day for a couple of hours’. He notes that their main trouble is caused by ants and mosquitoes.
