DescriptionBlack and white photographgraph of Adolf Hitler talking with General Guderian. Heinz Guderian (1888-1954) was a Panzer commander and expert on Blitzkrieg. He is recognised as one of the most prominent generals of WWII. Also in the photograph are Heinz Linge (1913-1980), Hitler's valet, on the extreme right, and Dr Erwin Giesing, an ENT doctor who treated Hitler after his July 20 1944 attempted assassination, can be seen in the distance between Guderion and Hitler. This is a copy of the original photographgraph by Heinrich Hoffman and was reproduced from Hoffmann's archives.
