TitlePayment on Termination of Employment
DescriptionTwo-page typed document, in German, to employee Walter Plotke from OSRAM (a lighting fabrication company that was part of Siemens), on official letterhead. This document, dated 17 October 1933, indicates that OSRAM will pay Walter 9,545.30 RM for wages due during the "transition" period between when he was asked to go on leave, in September 1933, and his actual date his dismissal, 31-8-1934. His employment was terminated because he was Jewish. This is one of ten documents relating to Walter Plotke's employment and the anti-Jewish policies that led to his dismissal.
