This detailed contract is for Walter Plotke's new position as "external representative" in Cologne. This document is one of ten recording Walter's employment at Richard Feuer & Co. and OSRAM from 1920 to 1933, when his employment was terminated because he was a Jew. These documents illustrate the implementation of discrimination tactics against Jews in the German workforce during the build-up to WWII.
