Titlebracelets
DescriptionBracelet crafted in the shape of a belt. Adhered to it is an emblem of the Australian 3rd Infantry Battalion. Gold mark: 15 carat and the patent: PAT 10175. Presumably a personal item, not an army issue. The bracelet was made for Sgt. Maurice Sussman, who served with the 6th Light Horse Brigade as well as the 3rd Infantry Battalion. Sgt. Sussman gave it as a present to his wife Rachel marks, presumably to be worn as a decoration. His daughter Maadi (the donor) was named for the name of a camp in Egypt, where he was stationed.
