DescriptionBlack shawl made of a fine net, probably silk and studded with metal sequins forming a schematic repeated design of trees and people. Acquired by the donor, Mrs. Helena Marek, while visiting an aunt in Czechoslovakia. It was given to the aunt by her sister-in-law, Mrs. Votavova, before she was taken to concentration camp. They were from Brno in Moravia.
