ANNOUNCEMENT
For the restoration of order and security in the territory occupied by the German military powers, I order:
1) The inhabitants of the villages are strongly forbidden to walk outside the borders of inhabited points unaccompanied by a German soldier.
2) From darkness till sunrise, the whole population is forbidden to leave their houses.
3) Every citizen of both sexes from the age of 12 must register with the local commandant's office.
4) Every registered citizen must wear on chest a label identifying the commandaturt and the Registration No.
5) All weapons of every kind, war supplies, and explosive materials must be immediately surrendered to the local kommandatura.
6) Whoever does not obey this order will be arrested and punished by a court martin Commanding German Forces.
