In the above matter we advise:
According to directive of the Allied Command Berlin BK/O(53) 14 of 12.5.1953, concerning the entitlements in our application to the German Reichsbank, listing the Stocks and Shares of the persecuted, and according to the best information of the Restitution Authority the listed beneficiaries will relinquish their claim (?).
Details are shown in Central Office Bad Nenndorf, File No. 1044 and 1045, listed in the Archives of the former Ministry of Finance in Berlin W.15 Kutfuerstendamm 193/4 under N. 924. This document empowers the Receiver to claim Restitution according to BK/O (50) 87/(49) 180 and at the time our agreement to accept the proceedings according to paragraph 2 of the above decree.
The financial approval according to approval of the Law No 52 of the Military Government was accepted to a general approval No.10 and No.16 of 12/5/1953 ( Law and Regulations) of Berlin, 23/05 1953.
