Provides an intriguing case study of Israeli high school graduates' knowledge of the Holocaust that has some disturbing implications. The low level of knowledge demonstrated by students raises practical questions. Are schools teaching correctly? What can be done to improve the situation? This paper provides an important foundation from which these questions can be studied and addressed in futures research
