- German I, the undersigned, herewith certify that Charlotte Steiner, born on 1 November 1904 in Vienna, has learnt the trade of Garment Manufacture according to the existing rules and regulations over the last 2 years, that is from 1st May 1919 to 1st May 1921, and during this time has attained the necessary knowledge and skillset, proving herself to be at all times polite and loyal and has therefore been released on this day.
