ОписаниеThis is a handwritten Log Book of the 3rd Rose Bay Venturer Unit detailing activities of the troop during 1973. The Log Book states that from May 1st 1973 all Senior Scout Troops were renamed Venturer Units. The Log Book features a list of the members of the Unit as well as the members of the Venturer Council. A report about the Camporee held at Glenfield between the 17th and 20th May 1973 includes details of the activities designed to train Scouts in the rudiments of Scouting such as games, raft building, skill testing courses and adventure trails. The Camporee was attended by the 3rd Rose Bay, 2nd North Bondi, 4th Lindfield and 4th Maroubra Troops and an intertroop competition was held for the coveted Camporee Flag (3rd Rose Bay was successful in obtaining the Flag).
