    To: Irma Pick, who is Greta's mother (Eva Gertler's grandmother), The notice is Post Authorisation 2023 and the application is dated 8.12.43, was allowed & validated on 26.12.43
    On the reverse are details of Rosa Davidovic, born 23 August 1939.
    According to Eva Gertler, Irma Pick became Rosa Davidovic's guardian (Rosa was no relation).
    Guardianship was a procedure adopted by the Jews, to stop deportation of children to Auschwitz.
    People within the camp were asked to become guardians of those children, whose parents were not in the camp anymore.
    According to Eva, it is thought that Rosa Davidovic survived the war and lived in Czechoslovakia.
