Based on a study that reviewed a wide range of of works since the end of World War II that made mention of the Holocaust. It reviews the major themes in the representation of the Holocaust in Arab public discouse; deals with literature on Zionism, the Jews and the Palestinian Nakba; examines the changes in the writing of the Holocaust since the early 1990s and tackles the question of why there is no Arab historiography of the Holocaust
