German socialists and the Jewish question in the Weimar republic

In the final phase of the Weimar Republic, the Jewish question played a minor role in the propaganda and journalism of the left. Not only does an analysis of the Jewish question throw some light upon socialist theory and action, but it also affected the position of German Jews embattled against anti-semitism.
