Demonstrates how it is largely through survivor testimony that one can gain access to the experiences of Jewish pupils. These testimonies provide an historical account of their varies experiences at school often involving acts of humiliation, degradation, exclusion, violence, segregation as well as acts of humanity and heroism on the part of both Jews and non-Jews.
