Description
The issue of football antisemitim up to the present day is addressed. This phenomenon, targeting Jewish football clubs and players, had its origins in pre-war Netherlands and continued after the war. In the 1980s the Ajax football club, still mistakenly seen as a Jewish club was a target of slogans and songs that linked antisemitic put-downs to the Holocaust in various ways.
