The report opens with a discussion of attempts by the German occupying forces to gain support of the Polish Catholic Church for the anti-communist propaganda campaign. The next section of the report deals with incidents of persecution and reprisals against Polish priests and monks. Undoubtedly, one of the main aims of the report was to create a vision of the future, post-war Poland
