Description

For many years, educators have wrestled with and debated over what content should be included in the study of the Holocaust at the secondary level. Some of these issues are discussed in this chapter - content selection, potential difficulties and the need to select sound teaching strategies and learning activities among others. By carefully selecting pedagogically sound instructional strategies, teachers will more likely help their students to gain a solid understanding of the history of the Holocaust and its many ramifications
