The attitude of the Catholic Church in Poland towards Jews after the Holocaust has not, as yet, been studied comprehensively. Discussions about the Church's position on Jewish topics have been dominated by stereotypes and emotional reactions. In this article the concept of the Catholic Church includes several groups: the hierarchy, the clergy, and the Catholic press. This analysis refers to positions taken by the Vatican and statements made by the post-war popes regarding "Jewish topics"
