Description

Examines Jewish membership of underground groups and the attitudes of the various groups to Jewish participation. Also examines how Jewish underground activities emerged and the forms they took activities emerged and what forms they assumed; the conditions that promote resistance and which of these conditions were available to East European Jewry; and briefly explores non-Jewish and Jewish resistance activities and underground efforts.
