The liberation of Bergen-Belsen was witnessed by a number of British artists: Leslie Cole, Doris Zinkeisen, Eric Taylor, Edgar Ainsworth, resulting in a body of art works now held by the Imperial War Museum. This article gives short biographical details of these artists as well as some examples of their work
