Some facts and problems about the fighting of Lithuanian Jews against the Nazis and their collaborators (1941-1945)

In this article the author attempts to demonstrate the actual combat possibilities of Luthuanian Jewry during WWII - the number of the Jewish fighters and their distribution in the fighting framework, and the particular pattern of daily life within these frameworks and most importantly the meaning of all these facts and figures.
