Description

Recognises the virtual absence of the Holocaust and Jewish identities in theories about the social construction of identity. Demonstrates that a unified Jewish identity is not sufficient to explain the beliefs or behaviors of group members. Even the Holocaust fails to create a homogeneous collective identity.
