Description
Bruno Bush, originally Butschovitz was born on 27th September 1915 in Vienna, Austria. He was in Dachau from November 1938 to June 1939. He escaped to Bratislawa and was imprisioned in 1939[?]. He made an illegal departure to Palestine and was interred in Mauritius from 1940 to 1944. In 1946 he joined the Austrian Pioneer Corps of the British Army and was discharged to come to Sydney in 1946. Bruno died in 1989.
