Description

Drawings by Louis Asscher who was born in Amsterdam in 1885. He was deported to Westerbork, then Bergen Belsen where he drew pictures of the camp. Four days before the liberation of Belsen he was trasnsported by train to an unknown destination.He died of exhaustion in 1945 4 days before the train was liberated by the Red Army
