Kitty Hart was one of only 100,000 Jewish children who survived the concentration camps. Living in Poland, Hart and her family tried unsuccessfully to get across the Russian border to escape the advancing Germans.For five years Kitty survived in ghettos and concentration camps, including several years in Auschwitz.
