circle of Montparnasse: Jewish artists in Paris 1905-1945

This book has been published in conjunction with the exhibition held at the Jewish Museum, New York. It is a sensitive portrait - in words and pictures- of the large group of Jewish artists who came to Paris in the early 20th century and the works they created in a unique atmosphere of mutual encouragement and support
